Allocation of paid-in capital increase to a third party to issue new shares

In accordance with the Commercial Act and the Articles of Incorporation, the Company issues new shares to persons other than shareholders by the resolution of the board of directors on June 25, 2018.

1.     Type and number of new shares: Registered common shares 5,531 shares

2.     Issuance price of new shares: 166,670 won per share (par value of 5,000 won)

3.     Method of underwriting of new shares: Allocating new shares to persons other than shareholders by resolution of the board of directors in accordance with Article 418, Paragraph 2 of the Commercial Act and Article 10, Paragraph 2, Item 9 of the Articles of Incorporation

4. Payment due date of new shares: July 12, 2018
